Docklands offers four marinas: Waterfront City Marina; NewQuay Marina; Marina YE; and the d’Albora Marina, all providing public berths. Free berthing is offered at all marinas for day visits.

The Harbour Family and Children’s Centre in Victoria Harbour provides 150 childcare places. The facility also offers maternal and child health services to families with children from birth to six years, a kindergarten and early childhood education and training.

- Story time sessions for children aged from two to five;

- Sport and recreational equipment;
- Lunchtime activities including: table tennis, mind games, walking, craft sessions and language conversations;
- Free wireless internet; and
The Hub also lets space to a range of community and commercial groups.
